CDL Equipment Operator

Job Title: Equipment Operator We are seeking a highly motivated Equipment Operator with a great attitude and strong ethics. This position is responsible for performing the day-to-day job functions that support all field operations. Responsibilities Loads and unloads equipment. Operates heavy equipment (Skid Steer with Ditch Bucket and Mini-Excavator). Identifies vegetation for removal. Drives company vehicles. Uses all equipment safely. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Age 18+. Valid driver's license with 5 years of clean driving history. Night work and on-call work required. Class A or B CDL required. Ability to lift 50‑60 pounds. Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment. Benefits Competitive compensation.
