Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to serve as the technical authority for a major end to end digital transformation program. This role will provide architectural leadership and hands on guidance to three delivery teams consisting of Pega UI developers and Pega integration engineers. The LSA will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery leaders to design, build, and optimize enterprise grade Pega solutions aligned with strategic business goals.This role sits at the heart of the transformation initiative—ensuring that people, processes, and technology converge into a scalable, future ready Pega ecosystem. By combining architectural vision, technical leadership, and hands on expertise, the Pega LSA plays a critical role in enabling enterprise modernization and sustained digital excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Solution DesignTeam Leadership & Technical GovernanceTransformation Delivery & Stakeholder CollaborationOperational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementRequired Qualifications:Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) is required.10+ years of Pega engineering experience, with at least 4–6+ years in architecture and technical leadership roles.Deep expertise in Pega Infinity, case types, data modeling, rulesets, UI frameworks (Constellation), and systems integration.Proven experience guiding multi team Pega delivery initiatives, including solution design, code reviews, and architectural governance.Strong understanding of system integration patterns, DevOps principles (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud infrastructure), and API based communication.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience deploying Pega solutions in hybrid or cloud native environments (AWS, Azure).Exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Pega Marketing, or advanced decisioning frameworks.Background in insurance, financial services, or large scale modernization programs.Familiarity with Angular or front end frameworks integrated using Pega DX APIs.
