Hospital Inpatient Patient Flow Coordinator

As an Inpatient Flow Coordinator at Piedmont Healthcare, you will optimize patient throughput, ensuring safe, timely admissions, transfers, and discharges across inpatient units. You will collaborate with nursing, physicians, case management, and bed management teams to balance capacity, acuity, and staffing while upholding patient-centered care. Using real-time data and hospital systems, you will identify bottlenecks, coordinate bed assignments, support escalation plans, and communicate status updates.
