Brand Ambassador / Event Sales RepresentativeJacksonville, JAX Beach & St. Augustine, FL Part-Time | $18/hr + Uncapped CommissionGet Paid to Meet PeopleIf you're outgoing, confident, and enjoy talking with people, turn that energy into extra income with Window Nation.We're hiring Brand Ambassadors (Event Sales Representatives) to represent Window Nation at local festivals, community events, home shows, and other high-traffic events throughout the Jacksonville area.What You'll Get:$18/hour guaranteed base payUncapped commission, with up to $50 per qualified leadPaid trainingMileage reimbursement for eligible event travelPart-time hours, typically 10-30 hours per weekWhat You'll Do:Start conversations with homeowners at local eventsLearn about their home improvement needs and introduce them to Window NationGenerate and qualify leads for our sales teamCreate a welcoming, engaging experience at our event boothAssist with event setup and breakdownYou're not responsible for closing the sale. Your job is to create interest and connect qualified homeowners with our sales team.You Could Be a Great Fit If You:Enjoy meeting and talking with new peopleAre motivated by goals and earning more for strong performanceAre dependable, energetic, and comfortable working on your feetCan work evenings and at least two weekends per monthHave reliable transportation to events throughout the Jacksonville areaExperience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, fitness, automotive, wireless sales, or other customer-facing work can translate well to this role.Previous sales or event experience is helpful, but direct event marketing experience isn't required.
