Licensed Esthetician – Medical Aesthetics & Sales

Bod Medical – Morganville, NJ

Bod Medical is seeking an outgoing, motivated Esthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics practice.

We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about aesthetics, but who is also excellent at communicating with patients, building relationships, and confidently recommending treatments and treatment packages.

The ideal candidate is personable, energetic, professional, and comfortable discussing aesthetic concerns and helping patients understand which of our services may help them achieve their goals.

• Strong sales ability and confidence discussing treatment packages
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to quickly establish rapport
• Comfortable educating patients about aesthetic treatments and recommending additional services when appropriate
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable following established treatment protocols and documenting treatments
• Previous experience in a medical spa, cosmetic practice, or aesthetic environment is preferred
• Experience with body contouring, laser treatments, or other aesthetic technologies is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Responsibilities

You will work directly with patients throughout their experience at Bod Medical, including:

• Performing aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice and training
• Speaking with patients about their aesthetic goals and concerns
• Educating patients about available treatment options
• Recommending treatment plans, packages, and complementary services
• Following up with patients and helping develop long-term patient relationships
• Taking before-and-after photographs and documenting treatments appropriately
• Maintaining treatment rooms and equipment
• Assisting the physician and other team members as needed
• Helping create a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every patient

About Bod Medical

Bod Medical is a physician-owned medical aesthetics and wellness practice offering a wide variety of advanced cosmetic and body treatments. Our services include body contouring, laser treatments, RF microneedling, skin rejuvenation, acoustic wave treatments, regenerative treatments, weight-management services, and other aesthetic procedures.

We believe that technical skills can be taught. Personality, communication skills, motivation, and the ability to connect with patients are extremely important to us.

This position is particularly well suited for someone who enjoys talking with people, believes in the treatments they recommend, and is motivated by helping both patients and the practice succeed.

Compensation: Competitive hourly compensation with opportunities for additional compensation based on performance and sales.

Schedule: Full-time and/or part-time opportunities may be available.
