Job Duties and Responsibilities Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards. Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels. Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel. Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, service hours of operation, and surrounding area. Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc. Identify items guests have left behind and report using the hotel’s lost and found procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma/GED Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to multi‑task. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Team player.
