Senior Claims Representative

Managing an inventory of bodily injury claims, the full-time Senior Claims Representative will evaluate compensability and liability, conduct investigations, and negotiate settlements while working remotely from the USA. Key responsibilities Evaluates compensability and liability of claims while managing an inventory of cases Plans and conducts investigations to confirm coverage and determine damages Negotiates claim settlements and authorizes payments in accordance with authority limits Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling Completion of or progress toward a professional designation, such as Associate in Claims (AIC), is preferred Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with knowledge of insurance policies and claims procedures Ability to organize and prioritize caseloads for timely resolution of claims
