Thriving Botanicals is looking for a dedicated team member who can help grow our company! Job Title: Plant Maintenance Technician (Horticulture) Summary:Care for, maintain and sustain living plants and indoor/outdoor plantscapes to ensure optimal plant health, growth, and visual presentation. Responsibilities: Water, fertilize, prune, trim, and clean plants across designated facilities, greenhouses or client sites. Monitor plant health to diagnose and treat pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress. Repot, stake, rotate, and replace foliage as needed to support healthy growth and maintain aesthetic appeal. Inspect and maintain soil condition, moisture levels, drainage, and automatic irrigation systems. Keep logs of plant care schedules, pesticide or fertilizer applications, and inventory status. Transport supplies and equipment safely between job sites or facility sections. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry equipment, and bend, stretch, or stand for long periods. Valid driver’s license \nCompany Description
