Job Title: Outbound Customer Sales Executive

Location: San Antonio, TX

Job Type: Full-Time | 12-Month Contract

Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused Outbound Customer Sales Executive with experience in telesales, outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and assist customers professionally.
Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
Verify customer information and accurately document call details.
Handle customer questions and objections with professionalism.
Follow call scripts, processes, and quality standards.
Meet assigned KPIs and performance expectations.

Requirements:

2+ years of inbound/outbound telesales or appointment-setting experience.
Experience in a high-volume call/contact center environment.
Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets/KPIs.
Experience with objection handling, consultative selling, or upselling.
Strong tenure in recent roles preferred.
Open availability between 8 AM 8 PM, Monday Friday, including weekends as required
