Position: Roofing Sales Trainee
No roofing experience? No problem. We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Trainees. You'll get full hands-on training in lead generation, roof inspections, and sales — and the earning potential to match your effort.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career, transitioning industries, or simply looking to break into a high-paying, commission-driven role with real growth potential.
What You'll Learn & Do:
- How to identify and generate leads from homes with roof damage
- How to conduct professional roof inspections
- How to present roofing solutions and close sales with confidence
What We're Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (retail, home improvement, etc.) — but not required
- Coachable attitude and drive to succeed
