Class A Commercial Driver Entry Level

Job Description

Are you looking for consistent miles, newer equipment, and dependable home time? 365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area and across the Eastern U.S. corridor east of I-35. We are seeking safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career—not just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.

We believe in pay transparency and rewarding hard work.

Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover and breakdown compensation.
Sign-on bonus: $1,500 paid over three months.
Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

Route and equipment

Predictable schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35, with guaranteed weekly home time for a full 48-hour weekend reset.
Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth equipment with a strict no-slip-seating policy.
Driver comfort: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
Freight type: 100% no-touch freight and drop-and-hook operations.
Rider programs: Pet and passenger programs are supported from the first day.

Qualifications and requirements

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
Driving record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card.
Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
