Software Engineer, Level 2 - Top Secret Clearance Required to Start

Responsibilities Collaborate with an exceptional team of Software Engineers implementing solutions and developing new features for a command and control application. Serve as a software developer on an Agile team tasked with developing cutting edge web applications within multiple classification domains. Participate in daily scrums, software sprint/release planning, demos, and retrospectives. Develop and demonstrate software capabilities to both internal and external partners. Basic Qualifications Experienced in software development using programming and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, etc. Experience working in an Agile development environment, including tools such as Jira and Confluence. US citizenship is required to obtain a government security clearance. Must have an active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a SCI clearance. Desired Skills Experience in application containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, etc.) in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/OpenStack/Openshift). Experience with frameworks such as .NET Core, Angular, etc. Experience with GitLab CI/CD – deployment pipelines, automated build, and/or configuration tools. Experience with databases (PostgreSQL & Redis). Strong knowledge of modern technology frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps, and data architecture. Experience with modern engineering practices such as Cross‑Functional Agile teams and Capability‑based planning. Active TS/SCI security clearance. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
