Job Description We are seeking an experienced Bartender who is confident preparing craft cocktails. Responsibilities:

- Prepare classic and specialty cocktails according to established recipes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar setup
- Follow all alcohol service, safety, and compliance standards
- Provide warm, thoughtful and hospitable service to all guests.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of the food and beverage menus.
- Prepping and batching items as needed
- Adhere to all local and state alcohol regulations
- Running food and beverages with a sense of urgency
- Maintaining the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Communicating effectively with all front and back of the house staff
- Perform any necessary side work and related tasks to ensure a prepared and efficient service.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Experience in high-volume or premium casual environments
- Positive attitude with a desire to develop new skills
- Open availability and flexibility to work weekends, holidays if necessary.
- MUST have good punctuality and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items weighing up to 25lbs.
