Investment Banking Analyst II, Advisory - Digital Infrastructure

Our Analysts are based in the NYC Metro area and support Managing Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents and Associates as they develop and pitch/market new ideas to help corporate clients and financial sponsors achieve their financial and strategic objectives.Participate in all phases of the transaction cycle from pitch to closePrepare pitch materials and update decks for client meetingsPrepare detailed transaction marketing materials including confidential information memoranda and management presentationsPerform extensive financial modeling and valuation analysisManage diligence workstreams including populating and managing virtual data roomsDirectly liaise with our client’s C Suite and senior management in preparing marketing materials and responding to diligence requestsConduct comprehensive company and industry research, and developing and maintaining thorough industry thought pieces and analyses for presentation to clientsAnalyze financial model outputs and client information to formulate and present conclusions for discussion purposesQualifications1+ years of direct experience with proven client interaction and Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance or Capital Markets experience; will look at strong accounting backgrounds (2-4 years) with Big 4 accounting firms. Attendance in a formal investment or corporate banking training program preferred, but not requiredAbility to function as part of a flat organization, manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a multiple teamsExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, organized, and articulate mannerAbility to follow-up independently and consistentlyDemonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis with a solid understanding of financial statements, financial modeling and company or industry analysisSelf-starting team player who can think strategically and excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environmentHigh degree of maturity and integrity with a positive and hardworking attitudeExcellent attention to detailFull command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with related financial services software including S&P CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Pitchbook, etc.Working Hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00+ pmPay Transparency The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
