Registered Nurse - Full Time

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) at a healthcare and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities Ensure high-quality nursing care by following physician orders, regulations, and facility policies. Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous) as prescribed. Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies. Assist physicians during rounds, physical exams, and treatments, providing patient care and support. Perform scheduled treatments, document appropriately, and maintain infection control standards. Support research efforts related to nursing care quality. Manage records, orders, and assessments for new admissions and coordinate patient physicals with physicians. Qualifications & Skills Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with an active North Carolina RN license. Current CPR certification. Ability to supervise staff, ensure timely work completion, and work well with a multidisciplinary team. Dependable, flexible, patient, and tactful in interactions with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
