BRANDED R&L LLC is looking for a skilled Equipment Field Mechanic to join our team in Vero Beach, FL! Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of heavy or commercial equipment in the field
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts documentation
• Coordinate with crews and management to prioritize and schedule field service calls
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and comply with company and industry guidelines
• Manage and maintain a company service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a field mechanic, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment technician
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment repair software
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
