What You'll Do Leads with care, making sure both employees and guests feel valued Thrives managing the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service Balances operational focus with people-first leadership Stays cool under pressure and encourages your team through busy shifts Believes hospitality is a team effort that starts with strong leadership Has 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience Can work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed Has a valid driver's license … come on in, we've been expecting you!
