Room Inspector – Residence Inn Greenville We are seeking a fun, detail‑oriented, dedicated individual to join our team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms, creating exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a competitive salary in a fun, team‑oriented environment. What You’ll Do Maintain brand cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas and inspect them to ensure standards are met. Train staff in all aspects of housekeeping, including guest service. Administer guest satisfaction inspection procedures and reports. Plan work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests. Respond promptly to guests’ needs with an interest in satisfying every guest. Empower hotel staff to deliver great guest service by encouraging responsiveness to guests’ needs. Ensure housekeepers know responsibilities and manage against those responsibilities. Recognize and correct conditions that may create security, fire, or accident hazards. Skills, Education and Experience Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred. Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in work. Ability to work independently while maintaining timelines. Physical Demands Stand for prolonged periods of time. Lifting up to 50 pounds. Navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
