About the Role:Join SUNFIRE CONSTRUCTION INC as an Outside Field Technician and become a vital part of our dynamic team! In this role, you will work on exciting projects in Riverside, CA, ensuring quality and efficiency on-site while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess project requirements and site conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute construction plans.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Document project progress and report any issues to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors to maintain project flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction tools and safety equipment.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
