Position: Licensed Practical Nurse Hiring Full-Time LPNs (All Shifts) – Earn an $8,500 Sign-On Bonus! This expands eligibility to include Day Shift in addition to Evening and Night Shift. Enjoy $8,500 SIGN-ON BONUS Across All Shifts Shift Differentials -: $3.00 PMs & $2.00 NOCs PRN Flat rate of $34 an hour $5,250 in yearly Tuition Reimbursement /Student Loan Repayment. Employee referral bonuses. Responsibilities: Conducted health assessments and created personalized care plans for each resident. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care. Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities. Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records. Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
