We’re looking for a Bilingual Junior Recruiter to join our North Office team! ** Previous recruiting or staffing experience is preferred, but not required. ** If you have experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment such as retail, restaurants, customer service, or administrative support , we’d love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and motivated to build a career in recruiting and staffing. What You’ll Do Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews. Match candidates with opportunities based on their skills, experience, availability, and qualifications. Guide candidates through the onboarding and assignment preparation process. Maintain regular communication with clients and field employees. Keep ATS, CRM, and internal databases accurate and up to date. Support daily branch operations and help meet hiring goals and deadlines. Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. What We’re Looking For ** Required: ** Fluent in English and Spanish . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation and active auto insurance for local client visits. ** Preferred: ** Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources. Customer service, retail, restaurant, or administrative experience. Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting software. Why Join Us?
