We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist - Healthcare to join our team at Golden Care Therapy . As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of our services.
About the Role:
As a Business Development Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other business partners. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of our services
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other business partners
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry
Develop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on new business opportunities
Collaborate with our therapy team to develop solutions to meet the needs of our clients
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Maintain accurate records and reports, including tracking progress and outcomes
