Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Join a team that handles sophisticated litigation matters for high-profile insurance carriers and corporate clients, including construction litigation, trucking and transportation, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation. You'll work directly with a team of attorneys and staff who are committed to supporting each other and providing exceptional service to their clients.

The incoming attorney will manage diverse cases from inception through resolution, including:

• Conducting substantive discovery and depositions
• Developing winning case strategies
• Drafting persuasive motions and briefs
• Representing clients in state and federal courts
• Conducting legal research
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Job Details

We are seeking attorneys with 4+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense, commercial litigation, professional liability, or construction defect experience preferred), exceptional research and writing capabilities, demonstrated courtroom presence and deposition experience, and a South Carolina bar membership.
