Job Description Being an Associate is a crucial role here at BidFTA. They are responsible for creating a memorable experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our bidders to return. Accuracy and efficiency is the cornerstone of our success as a business and being an Associate is one of the best ways to start out here at BidFTA. This position requires somebody who has a desire to directly impact the success of a business with their exceptional customer service, work ethic, and attention to detail. Job Duties Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick‑up process Prepare for auction pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items accordingly Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items Perform customer checkout procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Lot product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items Stay informed and adhere to BidFTA policies and procedures Full‑time position with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401(k) with company match. Requirements Friendly and helpful Willingness to engage with customers Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment Detail oriented 18 years of age or older Ability to work quickly and efficiently Ability to work well as part of a team Proven history of strong work ethic Willingness to learn new things Adaptability to change Technological literacy – Experience using an iOS device (iPad) is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
