About the Position

OASIS E and Homecare Homebase/Pointcare EMR experience required. Description: Home Health RN position available with an ASAP start date. Orientation is conducted every Monday. The role involves providing care to patients in their homes. Candidates may be required to cover another zip code based on staffing availability and patient needs. No weekend or call requirements are expected. Daily visit types correlate to a point system. The minimum requirement is an average of 6 points per day. This equates to 30 points a week over a 40-hour work week. The number of visits per day may range from 3 to 6. Mileage is reimbursed from the first patient of the day to the last patient of the day. All clinicians are expected to use their personal vehicles. A reliable vehicle in good standing with all licensure and insurance requirements is necessary. Experience in admission assessment, adult home health, and case management is preferred. Knowledge of IV care, medication administration, and wound care is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in managing various medical equipment and procedures. Experience with diverse patient diagnoses is beneficial. Interdisciplinary support is available, including physical therapy and social services.
