Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to ED patients, including triage, initial assessment, and ongoing monitoring across acuity levels
- Administer medications, IVs, and therapies; monitor responses and adverse effects
- Assist with resuscitation, stabilization, and rapid assessment of acute illness or injury
- Document care accurately in the medical record and communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient flow and dispositions
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy while ensuring quality standards are met

Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license
- Minimum 2 years RN ED experience
- TNCC certification required (ENPC not accepted)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
- Ability to work 6:00 PM-6:00 AM night shifts in a fast-paced ED
- Available for a 13-week travel assignment with 36-hour guaranteed schedule
