Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you're not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Solid foundation in evidence-based therapy practices across all age groups, with comprehensive knowledge of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
