We've got steady work in Alabaster, weekly pay, and a crew that runs tight. You handle the height; we'll handle the rest. Gear Up and Get Rolling With: Operating a stand-up forklift or cherry picker to retrieve products from warehouse racking locations. Pulling, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Moving pallets and materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently. Loading outbound trucks and verifying order accuracy. Following pick tickets, RF scanners, and shipping instructions. Performing daily equipment inspections and reporting maintenance concerns. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assisting with inventory movement and stock replenishment as needed. Working at elevated heights while operating a cherry picker. Meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Bringing at least 6 months of recent stand-up forklift or cherry picker operating experience. Demonstrating strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate order fulfillment. Utilizing basic math and counting skills to verify products and quantities. Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. Working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Maintaining reliable attendance and following all warehouse safety procedures.
