Junior Sales Manager

Job Overview Heisterkamp zoekt een gedreven en ambitieuze Junior Sales Manager om ons team te versterken en internationaal mee te bouwen aan ons succesverhaal! Heisterkamp Trailer Rental is gespecialiseerd in de verhuur van trailers. We zijn actief in Nederland, Duitsland, België, Zweden, Roemenië, Denemarken en Spanje. Klanten hebben de mogelijkheid om een trailer te huren voor zowel een korte als langere periode (meerdere jaren). Trailers worden geleverd volgens de specificaties en/of huisstijl van de klant. Wij ‘ontzorgen’ onze klanten door de trailers op basis van een full-service pakket aan te bieden. Als Junior Sales Manager krijg je de kans om je commerciële carrière in een stroomversnelling te brengen. Je werkt nauw samen met ons ervaren sales team en leert de kneepjes van het vak terwijl je direct impact maakt. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten in verschillende landen (vooral landen waar we nog niet actief zijn), het onderhouden van relaties en het behalen van ambitieuze verkoopdoelstellingen. Responsibilities Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties in het buitenland; Bezoeken van klanten in verschillende landen in Europa; (Potentiële) klanten adviseren over trailerverhuur en andere maatwerkoplossingen; Opstellen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen; Meedenken over marktontwikkeling en kansen signaleren in de betreffende landen; Qualifications Commercieel gedreven: Verliezen staat niet in jouw woordenboek en je gaat voor het beste resultaat. Leergierig: Je staat open voor training, feedback en professionele ontwikkeling. Communicatief sterk: Je kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Reizen: Bereid om regelmatig internationaal te reizen; Taal: Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels.
