What You’ll Be Doing Lead estimating efforts for commercial interiors, tenant improvement, and new construction projects Prepare detailed conceptual and hard bid estimates Manage subcontractor pricing, bid leveling, and scope analysis Collaborate closely with operations, preconstruction, and leadership teams Support both interior build-outs and ground-up commercial developments Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships across the Houston market Help drive strategic preconstruction efforts with repeat clients What We’re Looking For 7+ years of estimating experience with a Commercial General Contractor Strong experience in commercial interiors / tenant improvement projects Experience estimating ground-up and new construction commercial projects Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong understanding of Houston subcontractor market pricing Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Stable career history and team-oriented mindset Why This Opportunity Stands Out $150K–$200K base salary depending on experience Performance bonus structure Strong backlog and financial stability Outstanding company culture with a true team environment Leadership that genuinely values employees Long-term career growth opportunities Very low turnover Flexible, supportive working environment Diverse mix of interiors and new construction projects High-quality projects and repeat client base If you’re looking for a long-term home with a company that combines top-tier projects, strong leadership, and one of the best cultures in the Houston construction market, we’d love to speak with you confidentially.
