License: Compact or state license required
Certifications: ARRT, LSRTBE, BLS, Covid vaccination, flu shot required
Must-Have: Extensive C-arm experience required
Description:
Please ensure your traveler is aware of the following:
Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role, your unit manager may assign you to an Emergency Team.
There will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after the event passes or be part of the relief team.
Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed on each emergency event, as impacts vary.
By signing your travel contract, you accept the above and will report as assigned by your immediate unit manager if an emergency event occurs.
You should not apply for this role if you are not comfortable with the above information.
Candidates must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing.
Candidate must have 2 years of experience in specialty for all locations.
Resources who worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors must be separated from their previous role for one full year before they can return as travelers.
Two Manager/Supervisor references will be required for clearance to start the contract.
NURSYS reports must be up to date within four weeks of submission date.
Modules are billable and completed during orientation.
Modules are recorded via the facility.
