This is 100% travel - on the road full-time from mid February to the end of November. (starting with 1-2 months in Denver)

You will be PAID salary while on sabbatical from November to February, enjoy three months paid time off.

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 per year. $50K base + 30-40% gross profit sharing from vehicle repair. A monthly commission target range is $2000-$4000.

Client: Traveling vehicle repair company - they travel with a team of 20.

Location: 3-4 cities over 10 months, 2-3 months in each city

We are seeking a high-energy Shop Manager to build and scale our door-to-door sales teams within the vehicle hail repair industry. This role is responsible for screening and hiring driven sales professionals who thrive in a commission-based, field sales environment. The ideal candidate understands the urgency and volume demands of working with recruiters to interview and hire canvassing teams and can identify individuals with grit, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills.

This person will lead the office with intake/outtake of customers, managing the parts for vehicles, and flow of the repairs for the vehicle. This person will need to be able to help out with anything that needs to be done at the shop, Ideally someone that is dedicated to the long term growth of their career and the company.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a fast paced body shop repair environment
• Customer service with customers that have questions about their vehicles
• Travel around the country to new shops based on where storms hit
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to multitask
• Work well with updating data sheets, spreadsheets, and computer software
• Maintain strict adherence to client confidentiality according to company standards and government regulations
• Utilize templates and enter data for record-keeping and archives

Qualifications:

• 2 years of prior body shop experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suites (G-Suite Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to navigate between multiple computer programs (Salesforce)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to work and thrive in pressure situations
• Superb listening and time management skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be okay with traveling
