• Practice alongside a robust team of 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs
• Work in a fully supported environment with dedicated RN/RT teams for delivery attendance, transport, and PICC services
• Access comprehensive pediatric and surgical subspecialties through Arnold Palmer Hospital
• Engage with complex, high-acuity cases through a renowned Fetal Care Center , including EXIT procedures and a Women's Intensive Care Unit
• Option to rotate to affiliated Level II units in Orlando Health hospitals located in Lakeland, Lake Mary and Clermont.
