- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; at least 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; active applicable license for Massachusetts; valid license maintained in good standing; successful completion of a previous assignment with the organization or agency (if applicable).

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
