Job Title: Forklift Operator 
Location: North Mankato, MN 
Pay Rate: $21.85 per hour 
Shift: 1st Shift, Full-Time Position Overview A leading manufacturing facility in North Mankato is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join the 1st shift team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders, including dry goods and frozen products, per company standards.
• Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment.
• Safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts; promptly report discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures

Required Skills & Abilities

• Forklift and electric pallet jack operation experience
• Accurate picking/packing of dry and frozen products
• Familiar with warehouse management software
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Knowledge of basic warehouse safety procedures

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year or more warehouse/logistics experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred

Physical Requirements

• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, and reaching
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including freezer areas
• Able to safely operate equipment and lift up to 50 lbs

Work Environment

• Warehouse with varying temperatures, noise, and moving machinery
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet operational needs.
