A highly respected and well-established commercial general contractor in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join their growing team. About the Role: The Multifamily Superintendent will be responsible for leading large-scale multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile developments while remaining local to the Atlanta area.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily site operations
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders
• Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
