Location: North Phoenix, AZ

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized  Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion in the North Phoenix area. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor-management skills and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

The Construction Project Manager will work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning and pre-construction through final completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and internal field teams.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, invoices, and financial performance.
• Work with superintendents and field personnel to ensure construction quality and productivity.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate inspections, permitting requirements, and project turnover.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, conflicts, and unforeseen conditions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project partners.
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists
