AI Analyst - expression of interest

Responsibilities 1. Identify AI & Automation Opportunities : Collaborate with various departments to identify areas where AI can add value Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies Document/map and evaluate current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for AI & Automation 2. Technical Requirement Formulation : Gather and document detailed business requirements for AI & Automation projects Develop detailed documentation, including use cases, process diagrams, and technical requirements Guarantee that all documented requirements are unambiguous, succinct, and in alignment with strategic business objectives 3. Stakeholder engagement : Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and project scope 4. Data Analysis : Partner with Data & Analytics to identify AI-ready data sources Develop dashboards to measure opportunities and support prioritization decisions 5. Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on new AI systems and tools Develop user guides and training materials Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI & Automation solutions Qualifications MUST HAVE AI experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline and/or Technical certification with at least 2+ years analyst experience Professional Experience : A track record of success as a Business and Technical Analyst, with a preference for those who have concentrated on AI & Automation technology projects Analytical skills : Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of interpreting intricate data and formulating decisions based on data insights Communication Excellence : Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective interaction and collaboration Technical Proficiency : Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, and whiteboarding tools such as Mural/Miro to conduct discovery and design session with business AI Familiarity : General understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications within business contexts Project Management Expertise : Robust project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple projects and priorities efficiently #J-18808-Ljbffr Femtech Insider Ltd.
