My Mobility Medics is a small growing business in Greenville, SC. We help people stay mobile and safe through rentals, sales, service, and maintenance of power wheelchairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds, power recliners, stair lifts, and ramps. We are a professional, customer-centric, and rewarding place to work.

We are looking for someone with a proactive growth mindset, ready to propel our business with your creativity and innovative approach to sales and community interactions.  You will need to be a proven team player with a positive attitude and be able to adapt easily to your day as it unfolds.  The right person will interact with individuals, local agencies, communities, attend networking events and be responsible for online product support, sales in shop, marketing materials, daily operations, and ad-hoc projects as necessary to promote our vision. 

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

• Interact with customers in the showroom, on the phone, and in their homes.

• Answer phone calls and return phone calls to customers as needed

• Help establish and maintain a regional network of relationships with community organizations, senior communities, and individuals to promote My Mobility Medics and engage partnerships.

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
