Front of House Manager
El Encanto Mexican Restaurants in Cave Creek, Arizona is actively seeking a creative and ambitious full-time Front of House Manager . This leader will be responsible for all restaurant operations. This Front of House Manager position earns a competitive salary of $50,000 to $60,000/year , dependent on prior experience plus generous quarterly bonuses .
El Encanto is committed to a quality work-life balance . Industry leading - Our managers typically work a 40-45-hour work week and enjoy two days off every week! Yes, it's true!

The original El Encanto Restaurant and Cantina opened in 1989 in the center of Cave Creek, Arizona. Its success allowed us to expand the Sights, Sounds, and Tastes of Mexico to two additional locations and we're growing.
