The Role: The Clinical Program Manager for Youth Services provides leadership, supervision, and program oversight for youth-focused clinical services. This role supports therapists and case managers, ensures high-quality care for youth and families, and contributes to program development and growth. This position includes supervisory responsibilities and a small caseload (8–10 client sessions per week).
