Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Content Producer with a passion for digital marketing and a strong background in social media management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and analytics, with a solid understanding of how to leverage social platforms to enhance brand presence and engage audiences. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

One day you might be producing content with a professional athlete. The next, you're capturing the energy of a premier Las Vegas dining destination. No two clients are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop platform-specific content strategies that drive measurable audience growth.
• Develop and execute social-first content strategies for hospitality and lifestyle brands, showcasing dining experiences, atmosphere, events, and brand identity through compelling visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with restaurant operators, hospitality teams, and internal creatives to produce content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports customer acquisition.
• Produce short-form and long-form content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and emerging platforms.
• Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for each platform.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and social copy.
• Analyze content performance and continually improve creative based on data.
• Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas every week.
• Work directly with talent, clients, producers, editors, and designers.
• Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
• Experience managing and growing social media channels, including Meta properties, TikTok and Twitter/X. 
• Experience creating social-first content for hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
• Experience managing and growing YouTube channels, with a strong understanding of YouTube Studio analytics, audience retention, thumbnail strategy, SEO, and subscriber growth.
• Familiarity with YouTube Shorts and cross-platform content distribution strategies.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience retention across short-form and long-form digital content.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve a plus
• Strong video and photo editing skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Proficiency in CapCut a plus
• Proficiency in Edits a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Youtube Studio and TikTok Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google AdWords is a plus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• A passion for social media and a strong understanding of different social platforms.

Compensation and Benefits:
