This contract role (Monday Friday, 7am 3:30pm) is ideal for hands-on professionals passionate about assembly, testing, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

- Perform assembly, testing, build verification, rework, and troubleshooting of production equipment and components
- Stage, integrate, validate, and inspect systems to meet quality and production schedules
- Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, and documentation requirements
- Accurately complete production records and reports, ensuring data integrity
- Identify, communicate, and support resolution of issues, deviations, and non-conformances
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics teams
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
- Participate in cross-training and process improvement projects

Required Skills and Experience

- 1+ year hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in following SOPs, work instructions, and documentation requirements
- Skilled in using hand tools, electrical test equipment, and measurement devices
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and compliance in a regulated environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, BOMs, and schematics
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work on elevated platforms as needed

Preferred Skills

- Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing
- Familiarity with single-use technologies, bioprocess, or industrial control systems
- Exposure to validation, FAT, quality inspection, and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of controller/transmitter programming and ERP systems (SAP, Agile)
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Practical Process Improvement
