Key Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technology professional who will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow platform modules
Core Responsibilities
Technical Analysis and Implementation
- Conduct comprehensive research and in-depth analysis for developing ServiceNow platform modules
- Capture detailed business requirements
- Perform end-to-end testing of configured functionalities
- Participate in designing and transitioning service management solutions
Requirements and Documentation
- Perform meticulous data analysis to generate precise developer requirements
- Create and maintain requirements traceability matrix
- Develop comprehensive project documentation
- Transform high-level concepts into granular, actionable details
Collaborative Engagement
- Support development and testing teams
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops
- Provide training to internal teams and clients
- Assist delivery teams in resolving platform-related challenges and enhancing service quality
Key Skills/Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Advanced ServiceNow platform expertise
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Detailed-oriented approach to technical implementation
