Location: 1944 E 53rd St, Anderson, IN 46013 About Us William Lashbrook Insurance & Financial Services Inc. is a growing insurance agency focused on helping clients protect what matters most. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to help ensure every caller and walk-in client gets a great first experience. Main Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
- Take payments accurately and professionally
- Assist walk-in clients with directions and basic needs while ensuring they receive the right help
- Return voicemails in a timely manner
- Schedule and set up appointments (phone and/or online)
- Provide administrative support as needed to keep the front office running smoothly
- Professional, friendly communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy front office environment
- Prior receptionist/admin experience is a plus (but not required)
- Base pay plus incentive pay (on top of base)
