ACTS‑Aviation Security, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Operational Lead Security Agent at the DEN airport in Denver, Colorado. Position Summary ACTS‑Aviation Security, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of ICTS Europe and specializes in the provision of security solutions and services for catering, aircraft and cargo screening. The role is located at Denver International Airport (DEN) in Denver, Colorado. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide support to GSI Leads and Security Agents in daily activities established by the customer’s requirements. Assist with scheduling and assigning Security Agents to ensure proper coverage and relief for the operation. Serve as a liaison for local airline customers, host catering units, FAA and other government authorities. Ensure the maintenance of all security‑related records as required by local airline customers, FAA and other government authorities. Guarantee that all government, customer, airline and local requirements are met. Report daily, weekly, monthly activities to the appropriate management member. Conduct and ensure all training and orientation are provided to employees. Work with the Regional HR Manager to recruit, hire and retain high‑quality security agents. Maintain all provisions, regulations, procedures and processes in the current collective bargaining agreement. Perform all other duties as assigned by management. Salary $24.81/hr Education High School diploma or equivalent. Work Experience Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Must be at least 18 years old. Job Skills Strong administrative skills. Excellent knowledge of operation. Communication Skills Must possess both written and oral communication skills in English. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations New employees are required to complete an FBI fingerprint check (SIDA Badge) and a confirmed 10‑year background check. Travel None. Environmental Requirements Ability to bend, push and lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis in order to perform the essential functions of the job.
