We believe that a variety of backgrounds makes our team stronger and more innovative.Are You a Match?Required:Previous management experience 5 years in related field.Background in supporting and leading teams within a retail or industrial distribution environment.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment.Proficient computer skills and an interest in learning new digital tools. The ability to navigate multiple priorities concurrently.Self-motivated with a focus on contributing to the overall team's success.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively act as a bridge between staff and management.Post-secondary education equivalent to one year of Business Management or equivalent preferred.Must have valid Drivers LicensePreferred:Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications and equipment as an asset.Equipment repair and maintenance training is an asset.BenefitsWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
