Key Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans during high-volume service Maintain spotless kitchen, dish area, floors, and equipment while following strict sanitation and safety standards Support the line cooks and team by clearing stations, taking out trash, and helping with light prep or bussing as needed Keep the kitchen running smoothly so the front of house can focus on delivering great guest experiences Requirements No prior experience required — we provide full training Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fast‑paced, warm kitchen Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a can‑do attitude Flexible availability, especially evenings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (with experience bump), flexible scheduling, employee meals, a fun golf‑course atmosphere, and clear paths to advance into cook or other kitchen roles within the Falcon Lakes team.
