Job Tasks:
- Check patients' health and perform physical exams.
- Ask patients about their symptoms and medical history.
- Diagnose illnesses and health conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments.
- Order and review lab tests and medical reports.
- Treat common medical conditions.
- Help patients manage chronic illnesses.
- Provide health education and advice to patients.
- Record patient information in medical records.
- Work with healthcare staff to provide patient care.
- Follow all medical guidelines, safety procedures, and privacy rules.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Certification: National certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Active APRN license.
Other Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. DEA registration if required for prescribing medication.
