Business Analyst

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in a relevant functional or cross-functional business area. We require a bachelors degree in business, management, or a related field; alternatively, 10+ years of experience may substitute for the degree. We need strong expertise in project management, process improvement methods such as Six Sigma, and leadership. We expect proficiency with tools such as MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA. We require a current, active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph. Responsibilities:

We analyze and consolidate information from multiple sources to prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations. We lead large-scale process design and re-engineering efforts, using performance measures and data to monitor effectiveness and operational efficiency. We develop and review strategic guidance, policies, and performance assessments to keep initiatives aligned with agency objectives. We serve as the primary action officer for complex initiatives, managing resources, integrated master schedules, and test plan execution end to end. We provide expert guidance in Records and Information Management, IT and cybersecurity strategy, enterprise architecture, and risk management. We direct IT audit work and FISMA compliance reviews, including evidence gathering, issue tracking, and formal response coordination. We support Continuity of Operations and Business Continuity Planning programs to strengthen organizational resilience. We coordinate high-level engagements across the IC and DoD, build consensus on strategic needs, and mentor teams to encourage continuous improvement. Technologies:
